Consider obsolete items as removed?

In patch 5.0.1 (in current state of MoP Beta)  [Rune of Teleportation] are obsolete and therefore of poor quality. Must they be considered to be removed or is that too premature? Hans Kamp (talk) 08:19, 4 May 2012 (UTC)
