haven't seen it drop yet myself. Can this be given to any blacksmith, who can then use it trough the "dont trade" window slot on the sulfuras hammer of another player, to create the legendary? CJ 08:08, 31 October 2006 (EST)

It's used by the person who wants the hammer. So any blacksmith can make the BoE hammer, then the player has to get the BoP eye to make the final BoP legendary.--Stfrn 09:01, 31 October 2006 (EST)
