am i the only person who wonders how it got into the hands of Kael'thas?

Or he could've "ninjad" it during Sylvanas' "out of body experience" - it is, after all, a powerful magical artifact and while looting his own dead would've been disrespectful, it'd be better than letting the Scourge have it?
