Strange Portals are ethereal portals found in the Azure Dragonshrine in Dragonblight during the 
[Aluneth] and 
[Light's Wrath] questlines. One of them need to be inspected for 
[10-45] A New Threat / 
[10-45] A New Threat, which will trigger the following message from Kalecgos.
- Image of Kalec says: This portal is very similar to ones used by the ethereals in Outland.
- Image of Kalec says: Could they be the threat? What did Malygos promise them?
