Stacks is a cook-o-tron located in Rustbolt on Mechagon Island. It was built by Smiles Cracklekey.
It appears as Head Chef Stacks at Wingrest Embassy and the Dragonscale Basecamp in the Waking Shores and in Iskaara in the Azure Span during the Community Feast.
It is also seen in Amirdrassil when it bloomed on the Dragon Isles after Fyrakk's death.
