The Sparklit are a group of kobolds found in the Lost Mines in the Ringing Deeps. They are led by Cogchewer and serve the Candle King. During the war in Khaz Algar, Cogchewer and his minions were rebuilding ironstriders, which the Machine Speakers had left behind when the mines fell, for war. They were also in charge of defending the mines. Skitter and Speaker Brinthe had adventurers destroy the ironstriders and defeat Cogchewer to take his keys.
