Elder Skygleam is located at the Ravencrest Monument in Azshara, at [64.7, 79.3], near directly between the two legs of the monument. This Elder, like all the others, is illuminated by a shaft of light from the sky. Ravencrest Monument is located on the southern tip of the crescent shape of the Azshara zone. The way south is fraught with many regular mobs like Mistwing Rogue, Forest Ooze, Spitelash Battlemaster, Spitelash Enchantress, Thunderhead Patriarch, and Thunderhead Consort and elite mobs such as Cliff Thunderer, Blue Scalebane, and Draconic Mageweaver. Elder Skygleam gives the locations of Elder Bladeleaf, Elder Bladeswift, and Elder Riversong.
