Sister Rathtalon is a rare harpy found at the Dry Hills in the Northern Barrens.
Abilities
Enveloping Winds — Surrounds an enemy with a cyclone for up to 4 sec. If the target takes any damage, it will break free of the imprisoning winds.
Gust of Wind — Stuns nearby enemies, rendering them unable to move or attack for 3 sec.
Lightning Cloud — Creates a cloud of lightning that lasts 15 sec., blasting all enemies in a selected area for Nature damage every 5 sec.
