Dalaran Sewer Turtle
Sewer Turtle Whistle is contained in the Turtle's Thanks satchel at [58.3, 30.3] in the Stoneshaper's Atrium of Dornogal. To begin, find a Dalaran Sewer Turtle at [40.8, 73.8] southwest of Freywold Village on the Isle of Dorn, then give it 5x 
[Dornish Pike]. Briefly leave the area and return, then give it a 
[Goldengill Trout]. After that, head to Stoneshaper's Atrium and speak with the Dalaran Sewer Turtle one final time to spawn the satchel.
Once summoned, the sewer turtle is special in that it spawns with one of four colored scarves each time it spawns!
