Gundrak is an Oceanic PvP server in the Vengeance battlegroup. The server is named after the ice troll capital and instance Gundrak, located in Zul'Drak.
History
The server was created on November 21, 2008[1] as a destination for free transfers from high-population Oceanic realms Barthilas, Dreadmaul, Frostmourne, Jubei'Thos, and Thaurissan. A second round of free transfers from the same realms occurred in December 2008. Following the release of Cataclysm, Gundrak became available as the destination realm for free transfers from source realms Frostmourne, Barthilas, and Jubei'Thos in December 2010.
