. To see the crate, players must first take the 
[Sandy Ransom Note] from Alyx's call board at the celebration area outside the Caverns of Time in Tanaris, then loot the 
[Water-Resistant Receipt] at [64.9, 84.4] in the Sunken Dig Site of Thousand Needles.
The crate starts 
[30-80] Sandy Celebration Crate, which awards 5x 
[Bronze Celebration Token] and is required for 
[Crate Insurance Agent] and 
[No Crate Left Behind].
