- Runed Ethereal Crest
- Used to upgrade Champion and Hero gear in War Within Season 3 up to item levels 694-703. Earned from the following activities:
- Heroic Manaforge Omega
- Mythic Keystone Dungeons from +2 to +6
- Delves (Tiers 8 to 11)
- Delver's Bounty (Tiers 6 and 7)
Runed Ethereal Crests are used alongside 
[Valorstones] to upgrade The War Within Season 3 items between item levels 649–658 (up to Champion 8/Hero 4) and are obtained from the following sources:
- Heroic Manaforge Omega
- Mythic Keystone dungeons from +2 to +6
- Delves (Tiers 8 to 11)
[Delver's Bounty] (Tiers 6 and 7)
[Pack of Runed Ethereal Crests]- [Celebratory Pack of Runed Ethereal Crests]
After earning [Runed of the Ethereal] by having item level 703 equipment in all slots, players can trade 45 runed crests for 15x 
[Gilded Ethereal Crest] from Vaskarn in Dornogal.
They can also be traded down for 15x 
[Carved Ethereal Crest] and used as an ingredient for the 
[Enchanted Runed Ethereal Crest].
