Rukhmar's Tail was a whip of solar energy used by the Adherents of Rukhmar to punish arakkoa for their transgressions, such as arriving late to an exile ritual. Intricate gold filigree spiraled around the scepter, and from the end dangled three long tendrils of sizzling fire. Adherent Iskar was forced to suffer through three days of isolation and lashes from Rukhmar's Tail (delivered by High Sage Zelkyr) after he and Adherent Viryx were discovered in an Outcast enclave in the shadow of Skyreach.
