The origin of this weapon remains shrouded in mystery, but it belongs to Twilight Lord Kelris of the Twilight’s Hammer."[1]

Patch 7.3.5 (2018-01-16): Versatility replaced with Stamina, Crit, and Haste. - Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Spirit Converted into Versatility.
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Stats squished. Now drops from Twilight Lord Bathiel (was Twilight Lord Kelris). 
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Item level reduced from 29 to 25. 
Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): Now requires level 24 (was 25).
