The Reins of the Coldflame Tempest teaches Coldflame Tempest, a blue-flamed phoenix mount. It is an achievement reward from 
[A Cool Twenty Years].
Notes
This mount's primary design influences were the look of Blizzard's Service Awards as well as the iconic 
[Ashes of Al'ar] mount.
