The Farseer's Raging Tempest is an elemental mount and the shaman class hall mount. It is a quest reward from   [45] Gathering of the Storms; the questline starts with   [45] Carried On the Wind.

This mount's appearance changes depending on the rider's current specialization. It's made of fire for Elemental, air for Enhancement, and water for Restoration.

Trivia

• The Mount Journal entry is a reference to Hearthstone, in which Windfury and Overload are common shaman mechanics. In particular, the entry is identical to the Dust Devil minion's card text.
