Raen Dawncavalyr is the head armorer of the Hallowfall Arathi, located in the armory in Mereldar in Hallowfall. She can also appear in the Sinkhole delve. She later joins the Flame's Radiance at Morgaen's Tears.

[Radiant Emblem of Service] from the weekly Nightfall scenario quest. Veteran track versions of these items drop from Nightfall scenario loot caches.
