Putress' Diary drops from Lillian Voss in the Scarlet Enclave. A number of pages can be added to the diary of Grand Apothecary Putress, increasing stat changes further each time. With the last page added the item is renamed to Putress' Completed Diary.

Patch changes
Hotfix (2025-04-30): Torn Diary Pages should be lootable by and tradable to players who were present for the Reborn Council encounter. Torn Pages should no longer disappear if there is a soft reset after the Reborn Council but before Lillian Voss. - Hotfix (2025-04-28): There are now three Torn Pages per Scarlet Enclave instance, as intended (was incorrectly 1).
