Patch changes
Hotfix (2012-10-19): The Pulsing Pumpkin and Pumpkin Fiends that accompany the Headless Horseman are now appropriately powerful foes. 
Patch 4.2.0 (2011-06-28): Level increased to 85. 
Patch 3.2.2 (2009-09-22): Level increased from 70 to 80. 
Patch 2.2.2 (2007-10-02): Added.
