The Piccolo of the Flaming Fire is a toy which, as the tooltip states, "causes nearby players to dance" effecting players within 5 yards who are in your party or raid group. The Piccolo has a 5 minute cooldown that starts as soon as it is used and is channeled for 30 seconds.

Notes

• The dancing animation is not interrupted even if you are under its effect during a fight, which can make for some hilarious moments.
• Keep in mind that your fellow group members may not always appreciate their character being made to dance (even for a short duration).

Patch changes

• Patch 7.3.5 (2018-01-16): Piccolo of the Flaming Fire now only affects those that are in your party or raid group.
  
• Hotfix (2015-07-09): Piccolo of the Flaming Fire should now be able to cause players to dance once more.
  
• Patch 6.1.0 (2015-02-24): Rebuilt into a Toy Box item. Players can channel for 30 seconds to cause those around them to dance with a 5-minute cooldown. Additionally, the effect will no longer interrupt eating or drinking.

  Originally lasted indefinitely so long as the user didn't move.
  

• Patch 1.2.0 (2004-12-18): Area of effect of Piccolo of the Flaming Fire has been reduced.
