The Peacekeepers are renowned warriors and defenders of the draenei. Serving as guards, they play a crucial role in protecting draenei settlements and maintaining order within their communities. In addition to their defensive duties, Peacekeepers act as a police force, investigating crimes, addressing suspicious activities, and administering justice according to the severity of the offense. They are also known to assist passing adventurers by providing directions and guidance. Peacekeepers take charge during emergencies, such as organizing fire brigades to handle fires in settlements. They have occasionally recruited non-draenei operatives for infiltration missions when needed. Peacekeepers use elekks as mounts.

During the Fourth War, draenei Peacekeepers were deployed as ground troops in various battlegrounds against the Horde.
