Discipline/Holy:
Casting Unholy Nova summons a Brooding Cleric that gains 2% additional damage and healing each time an enemy affected by Unholy Transfusion is damaged by an ally, up to 100%.
The Brooding Cleric serves you for 20 sec, healing an ally for (40% of Spell power).
Shadow:
Casting Unholy Nova summons a Rattling Mage that gains 2% additional damage and healing each time an enemy affected by Unholy Transfusion is damaged by an ally, up to 100%.
The Rattling Mage serves you for 20 sec, blasting your target for (40% of Spell power) Shadow damage.- Runecarve on: Feet, Finger

Patch changes
Hotfix (2021-12-01):
- Fixed an issue where Pallid Command would not trigger on hit and was instead triggering on cast.
- Fixed an issue where two Rattling Mages summoned from Pallid Command could spawn unintentionally.
- Fixed an issue where canceling the Pallid Command aura would not despawn the Rattling Mage.
- Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Added.
