Oozing Gold is located in Zskera Vaults in the Forbidden Reach. It is obtained by filling an 
[Empty Obsidian Vial]. It can be filled into a Neltharion Coin Mold and then hammered out with a 
[Blacksteel Hammer] in order to create five 
[Neltharion Gift Token].
