Nozzlerust Supply Runner is a goblin located in the northern reaches of the Dragon Wastes, just south of Coldwind Heights and the Kor'kron Vanguard in the Dragonblight. He failed in his attempt to bring a pack of explosives from Nozzlerust Post to the east to Angrathar the Wrathgate apparently because of the harpies at Coldwind Heights.
