Dread Admiral Nightsquall is a legendary night elf pirate captain mentioned in the 
[Return of the Nightsquall].[1] He is noted to have sailed to the west to see all there was of the world and take his share. His escapades in the Great Sea included plundering in Pandaria, Zandalar, and Kul Tiras, and he has a hoard of treasure buried in Tel'Abim. After being gone for some time, he was believed to have died until he returned following the re-awakening of the Dragon Isles.
He is said to be building the largest pirate fleet the world has ever seen in order to claim his next prize, and is recruiting from the Irontide, Bloodsail, Defias, and Freebooters--all are welcome to sail under the Nightsquall's flag.
