Mug'Zee is the seventh and penultimate boss in the Liberation of Undermine. Players are tasked with defeating Mug'Zee in
[80R] Liberation of Undermine: Splitting Pairs, the traditional raid skip quest that is unlocked at Renown 5 with the Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club.
Adventure Guide
Buddies from the day they were born, Mug'Zee's two heads are the topper of a giant hulk of an ogre enforcer, specifically hired by Gallywix to oversee his casino's day-to-day activities. In recent weeks, Mug'Zee's been reassigned to keep anyone and everyone out of the Gallagio's innermost chambers.
Overview
The two heads of Mug'zee, Mug and Zee begin the encounter in a friendly contest to see who is in control. Whichever head has the most players on their side of the arena becomes the Head Honcho, activating a unique set of abilities to unleash upon players. Upon reaching 40% remaining health, Mug and Zee combine their efforts and attack in unison granting them the use of all of their abilities at once.
Damage Dealers
- Earthshaker Gaols splits damage among all players within the effect, trapping them within earthen walls.
- Frostshatter Spears inflict lethal damage to the first player or Earthshaker Gaol wall they hit.
- Touching Unstable Crawler Mines causes them to explode, unleashing an Unstable Cluster Bomb and causing all players to suffer from Searing Shrapnel.
Healers
- Elemental Calamity and Uncontrolled Burn inflict persistent damage over time each time Mug'zee swaps which head is the Head Honcho.
- Mug'Zee gains Moxie the longer each head is in command.
- Frostshatter Spears inflict lethal damage to the first player or Earthshaker Gaol wall they hit.
Tanks
- Molten Gold Knuckles inflict heavy damage in front of Mug and apply Golden Drip to players hit.
- Damage from Double Whammy Shot is mitigated the the closest player hit.
Abilities
Stage One: The Heads of Security
Head Honcho — Mug and Zee take turns being the Head Honcho. Whenever all players are on either Mug or Zee's side of the room that head takes charge, removing 10 applications of Moxie and granting Mug'Zee a unique set of abilities. In addition, when Mug takes control, he unleashes Elemental Carnage. When Zee takes control, he begins his assault with Uncontrolled Destruction.
On Mythic difficulty, Mug'Zee can only swap Head Honcho when all players are on either side of the room.
Moxie — Mug'Zee grows resolute over time, increasing their damage done by 1% every 5 sec. This effect stacks.
Elemental Carnage — Mug takes charge by commanding the elements to assault players, inflicting X Elemental damage to all players every 1.5 sec for 6 sec. Players are then branded with Elemental Calamity.
Elemental Calamity — Mug emanates with elemental ferocity, inflicting X Elemental damage to all players every 1.5 sec for 10 min. This effect stacks.
Uncontrolled Destruction — Zee takes charge by calling in bombs, rockets, and drones, inflicting X Fire damage to all players every 0.5 sec for 6 sec. Players are then afflicted with Uncontrolled Burn.
Uncontrolled Burn — The chaotic destruction burns, inflicting X Fire damage to all players every 0.5 sec for 10 min. This effect stacks.
Double-Minded Fury
— Upon reaching 100 energy, Mug'Zee enrages and fires volleys of lightning and lead, inflicting X Fire damage to all players every 1 sec.

— Mug commands Gallagio Goons to lock down several players inside earthen gaols, inflicting X Nature damage split evenly among all players within 8 yards of the impact.

Shakedown — The goon violently erupts the earth in a frontal cone, inflicting X Nature damage.
Pay Respects
— The goon pays its respects to Mug'Zee, causing him to absorb X damage, increasing every 1 sec for 10 sec.
Gaol Break — The goon erupts when killed, inflicting X Nature damage to players within the gaol and knocking them back. Colliding with a wall of Earthshaker Gaol causes it to be destroyed.
Shaken Earth — The goons death causes the earth to shake, inflicting X Nature damage every 1 sec to players within the gaol.
Frostshatter Boots — Mug encases several players' feet in blocks of ice, inflicting X Frost damage to players within 4 yards every 1 sec and causing them to slide. Mug'Zee coalesces and launches a lethal Frostshatter Spear towards each affected player.
On Mythic difficulty, Frostshatter Boots last indefinitely until coming into contact with a Hot Mess.
Frostshatter Spear
— A lethal ice spear launches at the afflicted player, inflicting X Frost damage. Frostshatter Spear impacts the first player, Earthshaker Gaol wall, or Unstable Crawler Mine hit, freezing them for 30 sec.
Stormfury Finger Gun — Mug fulminates lightning outward from his finger, inflicting X Nature damage in a frontal cone every 0.5 sec for 4 sec. The excess electricity in the area creates a Stormfury Cloud.
Stormfury Cloud — A looming storm cloud crackles with energy, unleashing bolts that strike the ground, inflicting X Nature damage to players within 3 yards of impact locations and stunning players hit for 2 sec.
Molten Gold Knuckles
— Mug unleashes a blow of molten gold and lava in a frontal cone, inflicting X Physical damage and Y Fire damage, knocking them back. Players hit are covered in Golden Drip.
Golden Drip — The blow leaves players covered in molten gold, causing players to drip Molten Gold Pools in their wake. Each pool that is created removes an application of Golden Drip. After 14 sec, if Golden Drip isn't removed the player is turned to Solid Gold.
Solid Gold — The molten gold eventually solidifies, stunning players for 30 sec.
Molten Gold Pool — The molten gold drips to the ground and creates pools for 3 min. Contact with the gold inflicts X Fire damage every 0.5 sec and slows movement speed by 20%.

Unstable Crawler Mines
— Zee scatters mines that fixate on players which detonate when coming into contact with players, Earthshaker Gaols, inflicting X Physical damage and Y Fire damage to the target triggering the mine, knocking them away. Triggering a mine unleashes a barrage of Searing Shrapnel.
On Heroic and Mythic difficulties, the player triggering the Unstable Crawler Mine takes increased damage from Unstable Crawler Mines. On Mythic difficulty, Unstable Crawler Mine's inflict lethal damage to the player triggering it.
Unstable Cluster Bomb — The mine explodes into a cluster of bombs, inflicting X Fire damage to players within 4 yards of the impact locations. Clusters that fail to hit a player inflict Y Fire damage to all players.
Searing Shrapnel
— The blast embeds searing shrapnel in the player's flesh causing them to absorb the next X healing. While afflicted by this effect, they also suffer Y Fire damage every 1 sec.
Experimental Plating — The crawler mine is covered in experimental plating, granting immunity to all damage. Upon reaching 100 energy, the mine becomes immune to crowd control effects and gains 200% movement speed.
Goblin-guided Rocket — Zee commands a Volunteer Rocketeer to assist him. This volunteer 'guides' an explosive payload to a player's location, inflicting X Fire damage split evenly among all players within 12 yards of the impact and creating a Hot Mess. The impact also detonates any hit Unstable Crawler Mines. If the rocket fails to hit at least 5 players, it inflicts Y Fire damage to all players.
On Heroic and Mythic difficulties, players hit by Goblin-guided Rocket become afflicted with Radiation Sickness.- Volunteer Rocketeer – After surviving the rocket's impact the Rocketeer begins to assault players.
Disintegration Beam — The goblin fires a disintigration beam at a random player, inflicting X Fire damage every 1 sec for 12 sec. Every 1 sec, damage is increased by 100%.
Rocket Jump — The goblin activates their rocket belt to jump to a player.
Hot Mess — The rocket leaves behind a fiery mess. Players within this effect suffer X Fire damage every 1 sec.
Radiation Sickness
— Players impacted by the rocket suffer radiation sickness, increasing the damage taken from Goblin-guided Rocket by 500% for 3 min.
Spray and Pray — Zee unleashes a cone of bullets at a player, inflicting X Physical damage every 0.3 for 3 sec to players standing within the effect and detonating any hit Unstable Crawler Mines.
Mk II Electro Shocker – Zee summons MK II Electro Shockers when he becomes the Head Honcho.
On Mythic difficulty, MK II Electro Shockers gain Electro-Charged Shield until hit by Stormfury Finger Gun.
Surging Arc — The MK II Electro Shocker fires an arc of electricity at a random player, inflicting X Nature damage and then jumping to up to 3 targets. This damage increases by 10% each time it jumps.
Faulty Wiring — Upon reaching 80% health the flyer malfunctions, becoming stunned and taking 100% increased damage for 15 sec.
Electro-Charged Shield
— The MK II Electro Shocker envelopes itself in charged energy, reducing damage taken by 99%. Removed upon being hit with Stormfury Finger Gun.
Double Whammy Shot
— Zee fires an explosive high caliber round towards a random player, inflicting X Physical damage to the closest player and applying Perforating Wound. All other targets take up to Y Physical damage, reduced by the closest player's total damage mitigation. Unstable Crawler Mines hit are detonated and all players hit are stunned for 2 sec. In addition, an Explosive Payload is lodged in the original target.
Perforating Wound — The force from the round rips through the first player hit, inflicting X Physical damage every 1.5 sec for 45 sec (normal + Heroic) / 3.8 min. (Mythic) This effect stacks.
Explosive Payload — The round lodges in the original target exploding after 6 sec, inflicting X Fire damage to players and detonates Unstable Crawler Mines within 15 yards.
Intermission: Bulletstorm
Upon reaching 40% health both heads decide to work together unleashing a series of Static Charges and Bulletstorms before their final, combined, assault begins.
Electrocution Matrix
— Mug'Zee unleashes his Electrocution Matrix and divides the arena in two, instantly killing players who come into contact with it.
Static Charge — Mug'Zee harnesses electricity around him and charges, inflicting X Physical damage to players in his path, destroying all Earthshaker Gaols and Unstable Crawler Mines. Upon reaching his target, Mug'Zee unleashes a Bulletstorm.
Bulletstorm — Mug'zee spins in place firing volleys of lightning and lead for 8 sec. Mug unleashes thunderous waves of lightning inflicting X Nature damage every 0.5 sec to all players in a cone on one side of Mug'zee and Zee fires a spray of bullets inflicting Y Physical damage every 0.3 sec to all players in a cone on the opposite side of Mug'zee. All damage from Bulletstorm destroys Earthshaker Gaol and detonates Unstable Crawler Mines.}
Stormfury Cloud — A looming storm cloud crackles with energy, unleashing bolts that strike the ground, inflicting X Nature damage to players within 3 yards of impact locations and stunning players hit for 2 sec.
Stage Two: The Head Honcho
Mug'Zee joins forces as the Head Honcho and gains access to all of their abilities from Stage One.
