Mildewed Celebration Crate is found at [60.4, 35.4] in the open-world Dire Maul in Feralas during Guest Relations. The crate is only visible while buffed with the Potion of Truth made available on 13 November, found at [47.9, 38.4] atop Thunder Peak in Ashenvale. The buff lasts 30 minutes, and will be lost by teleporting, hearthing, or otherwise leaving Kalimdor via any means.
The crate begins 
[30-80] Mildewed Celebration Crate, which rewards 5x 
[Bronze Celebration Token] and is required for 
[Crate Insurance Agent] and 
[No Crate Left Behind].
This crate was found early on 1 November, but in an uninteractable state. The 
[Mildewed Ransom Note] was hotfixed in a few hours after daily reset on the 13th, after the Potion of Truth was found.
