Magic Vulnerability is a debuff, caused by
[Master Poisoner],
[Curse of the Elements],
[Fire Breath], and
[Lightning Breath]. Victims of Magic Vulnerability take 5% additional magic damage. The duration depends on the triggering ability.
[Master Poisoner] - Lasts as long as the target is poisoned
[Curse of the Elements] - 5 min duration
[Fire Breath] - 45 sec duration
[Lightning Breath] - 45 sec duration
This effect also increases the magical damage done by DoTs already on the target.
