Lucky Red Envelopes are containers for the randomized consumable rewards from Lunar Festival Elders spoken to during the Lunar Festival holiday. Opening one randomly produces one of two items with about equal probability:
- A
[Lucky Rocket Cluster], which creates a health buff in addition to its visual effect when fired from Cluster Launchers located in the various major cities or those crafted by engineering - An
[Elder's Moonstone], which summons a ring of moon light for a short time

This envelope is received as a reward from each of the Lunar Festival Elders' quests (which is completed simply by speaking to them). Each also rewards a single 
[Coin of Ancestry].
These envelopes were originally sent to players in the mail 2 hours after speaking to an elder. Each would be attached to one of three possible letters:
I was grateful for your visit today, take this as a gift for your Lunar Festival.
Thank you for visiting me, <name>. It makes me happy to know we are not forgotten.
This small token will give no answers, but perhaps it will be of some amusement to you.
The item is now obtained as a standard quest reward.
