Despite the best efforts of the united cartels, Jastor Gallywix has holed himself away in The Gallagio and called in every favor ever owed to him... leaving a mountain of would-be oppressors between the goblins of Undermine and the Chrome King. Gazlowe and the rest of goblinkind will need to find their way into the casino to rid themselves of Gallywix for good.
Quests and story mode
Players are directed to the raid in the final chapter of the Undermine(d) campaign, starting with [80R] Liberation of Undermine: The House Loses in "Homecoming". This chapter (and the penultimate chapter) "Ignite the Fuel of Change" opened with the raid the week of 4 March 2025. Defeating Chrome King Gallywix is required to continue the campaign.
There are eight boss encounters, spread across four Raid Finder wings. In normal difficulty and above, after defeating Vexie and the Geargrinders, the four bosses in the Shock and Awesome and Maniacal Machinist wings can be completed in any order. After that, the raid is linear from the One-Armed Bandit to Chrome King Gallywix. In Raid Finder, the bosses are linear in the order below.
Shock and Awesome

Throughout history there have been many epic wars, but none more explosive than the rivalry between the galvanic gorilla Torq the Tempest, and the molten mechasaur Flarendo the Furious. Tonight, all bets are off when these two champions clash in the cauldron for a showdown that threatens to tear Undermine in two! Witness the carnage or be the shame of goblin kind.
Rik Reverb loves the boom of an explosion, the crackle of a firework and most importantly, the sound of his own voice. From his flying sonic resonator, Rik serves as Gallywix's partying promoter by enthralling the citizens of Undermine with addictive and deadly goblin beats.
Maniacal Machinist
Stix Bunkjunker is master of the scrap yard, turning one goblin's trash into another's weapon of mass destruction.
It could be said that no city service is more essential than garbage collection... or at least that's what Stix Bunkjunker would like you to believe. Stix and his cleanup crew have been finding inventive ways to dispose of the city's unwanteds and unmentionables for as long as anyone can remember.
As one of Gallywix's top minds, Sprocketmonger Lockenstock cannot say no to innovation, meaning that his list of inventions stretches far longer than the conveyor belts in his refinery. Constantly looking to simultaneously cut both corners and costs, Lockenstock's always searching for new markets to test out his gadgets.
Two Heads Are Better
No one gets to Chrome King Gallywix without going through Mug'Zee.
Vexie Fullthrottle has been paving a path of terror through the hearts of anyone her gang encounters. Answering Gallywix's call for aid, she and her crew are here to repay an old favor, and add a few new grease stains to Undermine's streets.
The One-Armed Bandit is the premiere slot machine in Gallywix's casino. All the delightful device asks is that you play fairly and don't cheat. The rules by which it determines this are an enigmatic mystery, although the one-armed punishment it dispenses cannot be missed.
Buddies from the day they were born, Mug'Zee's two heads are the topper of a giant hulk of an ogre enforcer, specifically hired by Gallywix to oversee his casino's day-to-day activities. In recent weeks, Mug'Zee's been reassigned to keep anyone and everyone out of the Gallagio's innermost chambers.
Having taken a 'strategic retreat,' Jastor Gallywix holed up in the halls of the Gallagio. Whatever Gallywix has been working on, it's guaranteed to be powerful, deadly, and capable of crushing any who oppose him.

Encounters are split into four item level tiers:
1: Vexie and the Geargrinders
2–4: Cauldron of Carnage, Rik Reverb, Sprocketmonger Lockenstock
5–6: Stix Bunkjunker, The One-Armed Bandit
7–8: Mug'Zee, Chrome King Gallywix
Rare loot drops from bosses 5–8 and will be at rank 6 of the upgrade track.
The raid is associated with a renown track, the Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club, that adds quality of life features to the Incontinental Hotel and the raid as players defeat enemies. Eventually, players will unlock a mount, a teleport to the raid, and +18% damage and healing as they rank up.
Standing with the faction is gained exclusively in the Liberation of Undermine raid by defeating bosses and lieutenants. Standing gain is difficulty- and character-agnostic. During progression, there is a global increasing renown cap of one per week, with catch-up mechanics so players who are behind will quickly catch up to the current renown cap.

Monte and the adventurer are running away from a huge pile of explosives that have already had their fuse lit, placed outside the door to the Gallagio proper.
Monte Gazlowe: Fire in the hole!
The adventurer dives over a conveniently-placed barrier as Gazlowe jumps behind it. The central fuse inches its way into the barrel, and all of the explosives go off, knocking the adventurer and Gazlowe from their feet! As the glow from the explosion fades, they poke their heads over the barrier, observing the damage. A huge hole has been blown in the front of the building, allowing entry.
After the cutscene:

Interior, the House of Chrome. The Big G falls apart as Trade Prince Gallywix starts screaming angrily. The camera zooms in to his cockpit as he walks to the door. From below, Gallywix pokes his head out, then jumps out of the mech down to the ground, landing unsteadily on his feet.
Trade Prince Gallywix: Worthless hunk of junk!
He kicks the mech a few times, grunting repeatedly as Monte Gazlowe and the adventurer look on with concern.
Monte Gazlowe: Hey.. hold on--
Trade Prince Gallywix: It's not over till I say it's over!
Gallywix keeps kicking the mech.
Trade Prince Gallywix: And I. ALWAYS. WIN!
The mech wobbles on its feet and Monte reaches forward to Gallywix.}}
Monte Gazlowe: Look out!
Gallywix yells in shock as he realizes what he's done. The mech explodes! Gazlowe and the rest look incredulously at the situation, as the mech has collapsed in a pile of junk on Gallywix. Gazlowe sighs deeply and turns to walk away.
Monte Gazlowe: Let's get out of here.
The rest head out as the camera tracks back to show Gallywix apparently dead on his back, his staff a foot from his right hand.
After the cutscene:

Hotfix (2025-03-26): Adjusted the scaling difficulty of the Rik Reverb, Stix Bunkjunker, Sprocketmonger Lockenstock, Mug'Zee, One-Armed Bandit, and Gallywix encounters so that damage is lowered for smaller raid group sizes, with the greatest reduction applying to 10-player groups, in Raid Finder, Normal, and Heroic difficulties.
