Korthian Artifact drops from any Mawsworn in Seeker's Quorum while on  [60] Rescued from Torment or  [60] The Last Place You Look during the "They Could Be Anyone!" side chain of the Chains of Domination campaign. It starts  [60] Looting the Looters, which is also required to continue the chain.
