Jubilant Snowman Costume is one of the 2025 gifts from the 
[Winter Veil Gift], the other being the 
[Tiny Snow Buddy]. The Costume tranforms the user into a snowman vehicle for 3 minutes:

The snowman has the following abilities:
Throw a Snowball 40 yd yd range — Throw a snowball! Throws a snowball at target player or NPC and creates a Snow Patch next to them.- Summon Mischievous Present — Throw a Mischievous Present to spread holiday cheer! Max 2 charges. 15 sec recharge. Summons a roaming Mischievous Present stops to create a Snow Mound on the ground before despawning, and occasionally throws snowballs at other targets.

Unlike the 
[Winter Veil Disguise Kit], the user can move around freely while transformed. During the Feast of Winter Veil, the cooldown is reduced to 30 seconds. Obtaining this toy awards the Feat of Strength [Snowball Fight!].
The transformation comes in five different colors, chosen at random each time the toy is used.
Classic (black and red hat, blue scarf).
Brown hat and beige scarf.
Gray-green hat and dark purple scarf.
Purple-blue hat and pink scarf.
Blue-green hat and purple scarf.
