Iris Lake was located in north-central Ashenvale, east of Astranaar and west of Shael'dryn's moonwell. It was one of the many areas of the night elven forest which fell to the corruption of Felwood. The water of the lake was a sickly yellowish green, and twisted bog beasts roamed the area, attacking anyone who visited seeking one of Elune's Tears.
Cataclysm
Iris Lake was destroyed and renamed Remains of Iris Lake.
