Invocation of the Wickerman is a buff granted by "opening" a Wickerman Ember or Wickerman Guardian Ember during Hallow's End.
The Wickerman Ember is created by Sylvanas Windrunner at the Wickerman Festival at 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM server time. A player can loot the embers around the burning wickerman to receive the buff.
A Wickerman Guardian Ember is dropped by a 
Wickerman Guardian when killed. Alliance players cannot "open" the Wickerman Ember, but it is unclear if Horde players can "open" the Wickerman Guardian Ember.
