Patch changes
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Removed. 
Hotfix (2010-01-07): The bonus damage rogues gain from attack power for Instant Poison has been decreased. - Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Redesigned to have its chance to be applied based on the speed of the weapon (frequency-based).
Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): All poisons will now enchant the weapon for 1 hour, increased from 30 minutes. - Patch 2.1.0 (2007-05-22): Rogue poisons no longer have charges.
- Patch 2.0.3 (2007-01-09): Added.
