- Reputation gains with Legion and Battle for Azeroth world factions increased by 100%.
Impressive Influence is a reputation buff applied to all player characters that increases rep gain with Legion and Battle for Azeroth factions. It was announced on April 17, 2020 and scheduled to run from April 20 through May 18, 2020.[1] Like the 
[Winds of Wisdom] buff, it was made to help during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The reputation buff was extended to last through May 21 while MOTHER's vendor offerings were being adjusted.[2]
It returned September 1, 2020 and lasted through that month, this time also including the patch 8.3.0 factions.[3] However, the rep buff was re-enabled the afternoon of October 1, 2020 and the original September announcement post changed to state "through the month of October".
Notes
- The Rajani and Uldum Accord factions were excluded in the first duration of Impressive Influence.
Patch changes
Hotfix (2020-10-01): The Impressive Influence 100% reputation buff has returned and will continue through the entirety of October.
