- Use: Summon a small army of earthen that will obey your orders in the Terrace of the Makers.
The Horn of the Peaks is provided as an objective by Thorim for 
[25-30] The Earthen Oath and [25-30] Loken's Lackeys at the Terrace of the Makers.
The character summons several Oathbound Warders with the horn. These warders act in the fashion of controllable pets. For more details, see [25-30] The Earthen Oath.
