High Vindicator

High Vindicators are draenei vindicators who first appeared during the Battle for the Exodar. They appear in trios with the Lightsworn Anchorites, placing a war banner after the fel portals are destroyed.

They appeared before the departure to Argus, leading Exodar Vindicators in drills.^[1] Several of them serve as the vanguard of the Vindicaar during [45] Alone in the Abyss.

Later, a High Vindicator appeared in Dalaran standing next to the Lightforged beacon at Krasus' Landing, and guarding the Exodar's vicinity and on Argus.

Years later, several High Vindicators appeared in the Trader's Tier in the Exodar during the Tishamaat.

Avenger's Shield — Hurls a holy shield at the enemy, dealing Holy damage, Dazing them and then jumping to additional nearby enemies. Affects 2 total targets.
Blessing of Kings — Places a Blessing on the friendly target, increasing strength, agility, stamina, and intellect by 5% for 5 min.
Blessing of the High Vindicator — Places a Blessing on nearby friendly targets, increasing total stats by 15% for 1 hour. Players may only have one Blessing on them per Paladin at any one time.
Consecration — Consecrates the land beneath the caster, dealing Holy damage over 8 sec to enemies who enter the area.
Crusader Strike — An instant strike that causes Holy damage and increases Holy damage taken by 20% for 30 sec.
Devotion Aura — Gives additional armor to nearby party members for 4 min.
Hammer of Justice — Stuns an enemy, rendering it unable to move or attack for 4 sec.
