The Hearty Dragon Plume is a treasure found atop one of the roots of Tirna Eas at Glitterfall Heights in Ardenweald.[48.2, 39.3] It can be reached by dropping down from above, or by using a transportation spell like 
[Demonic Gateway] or 
[Door of Shadows].
