The Hazy Celebration Crate is one of several secret crates which can be returned to Alyx at the 20th Anniversary event hub as part of the Guest Relations set of activities. The 
[30-80] Hazy Celebration Crate quest it begins rewards 5x 
[Bronze Celebration Token] or 5x 
[Timewarped Badge], and is required for 
[Crate Insurance Agent] and 
[No Crate Left Behind].
This crate is located in one of the several patchy groves of trees in the Kodo Graveyard of Desolace, for instance at [54.0, 58.1]. It is invisible and cannot be interacted with normally - characters must be dead to see or loot it. Flying directly upward to a sufficient height, then dismounting, is a popular way to achieve this state. Make sure to accept the quest before resurrecting!
The existence and location of the crate was only hinted at, in the Patch 11.0.5 Now Live article on the official website. The article shows a screenshot of a male draenei standing in one of the groves holding the 
[Torch of Pyrreth], and the text instructs "...be on the lookout for stolen celebration goods. Follow the rumors and solve the mystery— if you can." Unlike most other crates, this one has no ransom note with clues on Alyx's in-game bulletin board.
The Hazy Crate has an alternate location at [21, 60] in Outland's Nagrand. Either crate starts the same quest, and both crates cannot be picked up on one character. The developer on point for the secrets posted a clue on the WoW Secret Finding Discord on 11 November.
