Watch Captain Parker is a human Watch Captain, serving at Tower Watch in the Redridge Mountains, where he lives with his wife Darcy and their daughter Libby.
Formerly known as Guard Parker, located at Three Corners, having been sent to patrol the roads there to assess the gnoll threat. Darcy once gave him a free lunch and he returned the favor by having flowers sent to her and she would later go on to become his wife and mother of his child.
During the Fourth War, he visited Lakeshire Inn. Mathias Shaw intended to give him new orders.[1]
