Gift of the Brothers
The Gift of the Brothers is found at [76.1, 45.3] in the Merciless Wastes of K'aresh. To reveal the container, first find Ihya and speak with the unbound ethereal.
Then pick up the Flickering Lantern at Ihya's feet to gain a 15-minute buff:

The three brothers are Sahra at [75.5, 39.8] to the north, Naji at [68.3, 45.3] to the west, and M'alim at [69.9, 60.6] to the south:
Sahra
They should have grown old in our shade, but perhaps something will bloom again.
Your brother is looking for you.
Naji
Our children, they were water through our fingers.
Your brother is looking for you.
M'alim
They return. Grown, changed, but they return.
Your brother is looking for you.
After finding the three brothers, return to Ihya at [76.1, 45.3] where the flickering lantern was at:
Ihya
The four of us reunited... it's been so long since we were whole.
<Return Ihya's lantern.>
- Ihya says: Thank you, we've wandered too long.
- They fade away and the buff gets removed.
At Ihya's feet is the Gift of the Brothers container, which contains 
[The Brothers' Final Gift] for 
[Treasures of K'aresh]. The gift will contain [The Brothers' Not-So-Final Present] instead, if the appearance of the cosmetic item is already known.
