The Forgotten Vault is accessed by interacting with the Singing Tablet at [50.3, 15.5] in the Sacred Hollow of Siren Isle.
In the normal phase, two rares spawn: Gunnlod the Sea-Drinker and Shardsong.
In the 
[Seafury Tempest] phase, Ksvir the Forgotten spawns, who drops the 
[Whirling Runekey]. Also in the storm phase is the corpse of Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren and five runestones, which reward the 
[Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren] mount.
