The Festival Lantern is sold by Valadar Starsong at Nighthaven in Moonglade for 50 
during the Lunar Festival.
While this companion can only be seen and bought by Horde players, it is not soulbound and can be put in the auction house.
Pet Journal
The light from each lantern honors the soul of an ancestor spirit. During the Lunar Festival, these ghostly elders pass along their wisdom to the current generation.
Magic: Cannot be dealt more than 35% of their maximum health in one attack.
