Felina Starrunner is a dryad located in Lilac Ramble in the Ohn'ahran Plains. She is a vegetarian.[2]
Keeper Theramus has been struggling with his duties and the upkeep of the area, and Felina with her sister Celina Crunchyleaves arrived to help him out. He was supposed to meet the two dryads to talk about the issues, but he didn't show up. Felina knew Theramus hadn't been feeling well, but was glad when an adventurer showed up. Theramus sent the adventurer away, wanting to be left alone.[3] The dryads resolved to cheer him up, and Felina wanted to cheer him up with turtle meat herbed with sourbloom, so she had the adventurer collect ingredients for it.[4] Theramus refused the dryads' gifts,[2] and Felina thought it would be best to give him some space,[5] but Celina was determined to not give up and make him see what's happening in the area.[6] After witnessing the seriously bad state of the plants and animals in the garden, they showed him an Injured Cub, Pulsating Thorn, and Decayed Flower. He used his healing powers on all three and was sorry for this state. He admitted he missed Ysera and left the cave.[7] The dryads apologized to him for bothering him but said they would aid him. They set off to cleanse the garden's shrine and when he saw them struggling, Theramus shifted into his dragon form and aided in the ritual to restore the shrine. After seeing the work done, he was glad they helped him.[8]
Felina and Celina visited Valdrakken and together with Sugarbough cooked for Rumiastrasza.[1]
She also attended the gathering in Amirdrassil when it bloomed on the Dragon Isles after Fyrakk's death. Celina noticed Felina was the happiest. She was excited for the many new plants and creatures on the world tree.[9]
