The Fangs of Ashamane,  [Fangs of Ashamane] (main hand) and  [Fangs of Ashamane] (off-hand), are the artifacts used by feral druids in World of Warcraft: Legion.

History

The massive gray panther Ashamane, one of the first Wild Gods, was one of many to answer the call of the demigod Cenarius and defend the world of Azeroth during the War of the Ancients. She fell in battle against the Legion, but saved countless lives in the process. A great shrine was built in her honor in Val'sharah, and her fangs were adorned and put on display there. It is said they still carry much of her power.

Trivia

The weapon model

• Rather than changing the weapon's model, changing the artifact appearance will instead change the model for your [Cat Form].
  • Based on race there are different colors of the default artifact druid form appearance. These colorations aren't available for all races unlike all other appearances.
• The Fangs were introduced at Gamescom 2015 as the Fangs of the First Nightsaber. By BlizzCon 2015 however, the name had been changed.
• Encountering Archdruid Glaidalis with the fangs triggers a special conversation.
• Aranelle comments on the weapon.
