Disentanglement is a passive ability for Restoration druids.

Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed.
Hotfix (2011-02-08): Now properly functioning for Restoration druids, allowing them to get out of root effects by using Shapeshift. Logging out or changing zones no longer causes the spell to be unlearned.
Patch 4.0.6 (2011-02-08): Added.
