Cyrce's Circlet

Cyrce's Circlet is a quest reward from N [80] The Radiant Vault in the  [A Song of Secrets] questline in the Siren Isle storyline. It starts at item level 639 and can be upgraded with  [Raw Singing Citrine], up to a maximum item level of 658, the equivalent of Hero 4 in The War Within Season 2.[1]

Replacement circlets, as well as fresh circlets for alts, can be acquired by speaking with Bargus.

Citrine gems

There are 12 citrine gems that can socket into Cyrce's Circlet. Collecting all the gems is required for  [A Choir of Citrines].

Type Gems Description
Thunder  [Roaring War-Queen's Citrine] Your spells and abilities have a low chance of triggering the Singing Thunder Citrine effects of 4 nearby allies. Whenever an allied player dies, this effect is triggered immediately.
 [Storm Sewer's Citrine] Your spells and abilities have a chance to shield an ally with lightning, absorbing the next 317010.39 damage taken for 10 sec. While the shield persists, attackers take 10% of the amount absorbed as Nature damage.
 [Stormbringer's Runed Citrine] Grants 471.917 of every secondary stat.
 [Thunderlord's Crackling Citrine] Your spells and abilities have a chance to zap an enemy dealing 211376.19 Nature damage.
Sea  [Fathomdweller's Runed Citrine] Grants 1510.133 Mastery. In addition, all other Singing Citrine effects are increased based on your total Mastery.
 [Mariner's Hallowed Citrine] Your spells and abilities have a chance to bathe an ally in restorative water that jumps to 2 nearby allies, restoring 211268.4 health to each of them.
 [Seabed Leviathan's Citrine] Grants 8211.35 Stamina and increases your size slightly. In addition, being above 80% health causes attackers to take 8838.78 Frost damage.
 [Undersea Overseer's Citrine] Your spells and abilities have a chance to drench an enemy in freezing seawater that bounces to 2 nearby enemies, dealing 140773.74 Frost damage to each of them.
Wind  [Legendary Skipper's Citrine] Your spells and abilities have a chance to cast a random Singing Citrine effect at 150% effectiveness.
 [Old Salt's Bardic Citrine] Your spells and abilities have a chance to whisper a sea shanty to 5 nearby allies, healing them for 176128.86 health over 5 sec.
 [Squall Sailor's Citrine] Your spells and abilities have a chance to slice 5 enemies with a rushing seabreeze, dealing 117383.31 Nature damage to each of them.
 [Windsinger's Runed Citrine] Grants 1,887 of your highest secondary stat.

Powers

  1. Week 2: N [80] Dipping a Toe
    Spell shadow demonbreath.png Blessing of the Seadweller — Gain the passive ability to walk on the seafloor, find treasures underwater, breathe underwater, and swim much faster while in the surrounding waters of Siren Isle.
  2. Week 3: N [80] Juicing Up and Storming Out
    Inv gizmo fuelcell.png Superjuiced — Gain the ability to activate the TR-06 Pummeler and N.U.K.U.L.A.R Target Painter while in the Seafury Tempest on Siren Isle.
  3. Week 4: N [80] Unleashing Her Power
    Spell frost windwalkon.png Cyrce's Zephyr — While Cyrce's Circlet is equipped and you're on the Siren Isle, your spells and abilities have a chance to summon Cyrce's Zephyr which will cast every existing Singing Citrine ability over 3 sec.
  4. Week 5: N [80] The Singing Bandit Catcher
    Ability rogue dirtydeeds.png Thieves of the Siren — Cyrce's Circlet now passively illuminates invisible enemies that attempt to steal the riches on Siren Isle. They are often found trying to pilfer Flame-Blessed Iron from the strongest creatures on the isle.
  5. Week 6: N [80] Cyrce Would Be So Proud
    Ability racial wingbuffet.png Wings of the Siren — Cyrce's Circlet now passively allows you to control the winds, allowing you to take flight on Siren Isle.
