Curious Haze is located at [21, 57] in Outland's Nagrand, but only for dead characters, and only for characters who have not already completed 
[30-80] Hazy Celebration Crate. The haze will send players up and forward to the altar at [21, 60] where the 
[Hazy Celebration Crate] is located.
