The Chrono Corsair is an infinite dragon mount earned by completing 
[Master of the Turbulent Timeways III], a Turbulent Timeways achievement. The Corsair is modeled after Timecap'n Hooktail, a boss encounter in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market.
Starting with the fifth round of Turbulent Timeways starting the week of 2 December 2025, the Corsair is available for purchase for 5,000x 
[Timewarped Badge] from all timewalking vendors.
